Sales Technician (South West, South, Midlands)
Dart Systems Ltd https://www.dartsystems.co.uk/ part of the Rausch International Group https://www.rausch.international/en is a successful manufacturer and distributor of Cameras and Inspection Systems and are looking to recruit a Sales Technician. The role offers extensive scope for personnel development and growth within the organisation.
We are looking for an industry professional with possible sales background in the business-to-business sales environment. The successful candidate would need to identify opportunities for new business in all key markets whilst nurturing and developing our existing customer base.
Ideally based in the South West, South or Midlands and required to work from the office occasionally to coordinate with Internal Sales and for product training and meetings.
The successful applicant will be expected to travel out of their area when required, stay away overnight occasionally, and represent the company at exhibitions in the UK and overseas.
We are looking for someone with drive, determination that is self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
Job Role
- Sales of Push Rod Cameras, CCTV Inspection Crawlers, and other products within the Dart portfolio
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
- Develop new business and target potential customers
- Create and maintain customer information on company CRM system
- Attend monthly sales meetings to report on performance
- Carry out product training / demonstrations
Skills / Aptitude
- You will need to be focussed and disciplined, managing your own territory, and working mainly field based without supervision.
- Experience and proven track record of external sales is helpful but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional attitude
- You will need to be able to communicate at all levels.
- Good IT skills including email, word etc.
